Cofunds revamp flexible benefits scheme with Thomsons Online Benefits

(London, UK, 10th July 2008) Cofunds, the UK’s largest independent investment platform, have restructured their flexible benefits scheme for their 400 employees in conjuction with Thomsons Online Benefits.

The scheme offers employees the opportunity to flex their remuneration based on a range of benefits including holidays, private medical insurance, critical illness cover, health screening, life assurance, personal accident insurance, travel insurance, dental plan and financial advice.

The scheme was re-launched to employees using an integrated communications approach which included:

  • Customised Cofunds branded benefit statements detailing employees before and after position in advance of the introduction of the new reward structure;
  • Cofunds branded member website with interactive modelling;
  • Posters to help create a positive environment and office buzz; and
  • An engaging and unique promotional launch communication which drew on an established internal brand and showed employees how to log in to the new website.
