Another Financial Sector organization uses Application Lynx to implement its Oracle Self-Service Solution

London, May 19 2008

Application Lynx – a leading provider of HR & Payroll solutions – is pleased to announce the successful implementation of the Oracle Human Capital Management solution, part of the Oracle E-Business Suite at Bradford & Bingley, a leading organisation in the UK’s specialist lending market. The project was implemented in 35 days and the final module went live in January 2008.

The project involved the implementation of the Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management HR Self Service, Learning Management, and Daily Business Intelligence functions to enable Bradford & Bingley’s HR department to support the HR business requirements for over 3,000 staff across the UK. The project includes Oracle Learning Management - also part of the Oracle E-Business Suite - that went live in just 38 days. This was facilitated through use of the Oracle Accelerate solution, which allows rapid deployment of Oracle Applications. The overall project encompasses:

· Employee information changes

· Payroll updates

· Employment/Job description & position role changes

· Life change updates

· Training management

· Organisational hierarchy changes

· HR transactions completed by Line Manager
